Publish and o<strong>the</strong>rwise dissem<strong>in</strong>ate technical and general <strong>in</strong>formation<br />
on scientific matters relat<strong>in</strong>g to <strong>the</strong> research work <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Council<br />
through hold<strong>in</strong>g sem<strong>in</strong>ars, meet<strong>in</strong>gs and conferences<br />
Establish scientific liaison with o<strong>the</strong>r national and <strong>in</strong>ternational<br />
organizations connected with <strong>the</strong> scientific activities <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Council<br />
Advise <strong>the</strong> Federal Government and Prov<strong>in</strong>cial Governments on all<br />
matters related to medical research<br />
Carry out, when called upon, evaluation <strong>of</strong> different health<br />
