contribution to process safety in the transfer of mix.
bETTER OPERABILITY
The user-friendly and field-tested ErgoPlus operating system was
further developed for the new »dash 3« generation and upgraded
with additional useful features. For example, the newly designed
four-colour display has a high-contrast surface that provides excellent
visibility even in poor light conditions.
The “Repositioning” function of AutoSet Plus quickly and
safely readies the paver for moves on the job site. Depending on
the paver type, various comfort functions can be executed by simply
pressing the “Execute” button: the screed, augers, hydraulically
operated hopper front, conveyors and crawler track deflector
plates are all brought into transport position. Temporarily reversing
the conveyors prevents mix from falling from the paver onto the
job site. Paving programs can also be stored with AutoSet Plus in
the Universal Class and Highway Class machines.
