Versatile, economical and powerful: Kleemann will be
presenting tomorrow’s crushers at this year’s bauma.
The newly developed, track-mounted mobile jaw crushers
MC 110 Z EVO and MC 110 R EVO from the MOBICAT
series round off Kleemann’s successful EVO Contractor Line and
set new standards in the contractor market. Like the impact crushers
of the MOBIREX series, EVO stands for genuine progress in
terms of performance and cost-efficiency. No screw remained
untouched when developing the new EVO series. These ultramodern
machines from the MOBICAT series have been completely
re-engineered. In this way, Kleemann has been able to combine
such new features as hopper walls integrated into the chassis or
all-hydraulic adjustment of the crushing gap with proven concepts,
such as the independent double-deck pre-screen, thus making the
plants even more versatile and cost-efficient.
Economical drive
As in the mobile impact crushers, Kleemann has once again
equipped its new MOBICAT EVO series with a direct drive system
for the crusher and electric ancillary drives for the conveyor chutes,
belts and pre-screen. This innovative drive system permits not only

MOBICAT becomes EVO!
Jaw crushers of the MOBICAT series are characterized by their
robust design and outstanding overall performance. Due to
ideal interaction between the individual components and innumerable
innovative details, these plants set standards in
terms of cost-efficiency, versatility and product quality. As in the
MOBIREX series, EVO technology also brings major progress
where performance, cost-efficiency and wear are concerned.
