MOBICONE MCO 11 S
In the past, only stationary processing plants were used for
complex processes. Today, technical advances increasingly
make it possible to use mobile machines. The powerful and
technically sophisticated cone crushers in Kleemann’s
MOBICONE series are specially designed for secondary and
tertiary crushing of hard stone. These track-mounted mobile
secondary crushing plants are incredibly powerful, versatile
and cost-efficient in practice.

Better secondary crushing
The new mobile cone crusher MOBICONE MCO 11 S is a secondary
crushing plant for the secondary or tertiary crushing stage and
meets with the highest standards as regards product size and
discharge capacity. The integrated triple-deck screening unit permits
a closed material cycle and the production of three defined
end-product sizes in a single operation. The screens measuring
2,050 mm x 5,000 mm (middle and top deck) and 2,050 mm x
4,800 mm (bottom deck) are very generously dimensioned. As a
result, up to 280 tons of material can be processed to very high
quality standards per hour. In addition, the diesel-electric drive
ensures that operation of the plant is extremely economical.
With an integrated triple-deck screening unit, the cone crusher
MOBICONE MCO 11 S can produce three defined endproduct
sizes in a single operation, thanks to its closed material
cycle. The MCO 11 S consequently meets with the highest
standards in terms of product size and discharge capacity.
