The next evolutionary step in road construction is being
presented at bauma 2013 with a completely new category
of pavers, the »dash 3« generation from Vögele. Ultramodern
and user-friendly technology is the basis for these
innovative, eco-friendly and economical asphalt pavers.

Vögele’s EcoPlus low-emissions package goes by the motto
“Lower consumption – Lower emissions – Lower costs”. The package
combines a whole range of individual measures to achieve
significant reductions in fuel consumption and noise emissions for
the »dash 3« pavers. Specifically, these involve a controlled hydraulic
oil temperature circuit, a splitter gearbox, a variable-speed
fan and energy-optimized tamper drive.
MAXIMUM PROCESS SAFETY
A constant feed of material is the prerequisite for high-quality and
level paving. That’s why Vögele developed the PaveDock Assistant
for its »dash 3« generation of pavers. An extremely efficient system
that greatly facilitates communication between the paver operator
and feed vehicle driver via signal lights and allows particularly safe
and jolt-free transfer of the mix. In combination with the sprung

These cutting-edge pavers feature a pioneering design, enhanced
comfort and high performance along with minimum consumption.
Vögele will be showcasing no less than seven pavers in its new
»dash 3« generation at bauma, namely the SUPER 1300-3i,
SUPER 1303-3i, SUPER 1800-3, SUPER 1800-3i, SUPER 1803-3i,
SUPER 1900-3i and the SUPER 2100-3i.
