Services Council (HKTSC)
HKTSC organised a hairy crab dinner
for over 100 guests in November 2009
to allow members to network and
strengthen communications. Apart from
enjoying the menu and the lucky draw
session, members made the most of this
networking opportunity.
In December, Louis Lee, a Certified Educator
of Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), was
invited to introduce Bordeaux fine wines
at a Wine Tasting and Dinner Gathering.
He also conducted a wine tasting session
with the guests. A famous travel expert
Celia Cheng shared her travel experience
in France with participants at the dinner
which was followed by a lucky draw.

邀 請 了 Wine & Spirit Education Trust
(WSET) 註 冊 講 師 李 凌 霄 講 解 法 國 美 酒
和 品 酒 技 巧 , 並 即 場 進 行 試 酒 活 動 ; 旅
遊 專 家 鄭 幗 恩 則 分 享 了 在 法 國 的 旅 遊 體
驗 及 點 滴 ; 晚 會 最 後 更 有 抽 獎 環 節 。
