For the testing of a meter supplied by the Concessionaire in cases where it is found that the meter does not show an error of more than<br />

CHARGES FOR WORK<br />
For all work in connection with the Supply of <strong>water</strong> performed by the Concessionaire <strong>and</strong> for which no charge has been specified<br />
herein, the Charges shall be the actual cost of material <strong>and</strong> labour, plus a surcharge of 20% (twenty per centum) on such amount.<br />
VALUE ADDED TAX<br />
The Charges set out in paragraphs 1 to 6 above do not include value added tax which will be added to each bill in accordance with the<br />
legislation applicable at the time.<br />
CHARGES FOR SUPPLY OF TANKS<br />
Ground tanks : [AMOUNT AND CURRENCY] inclusive of Service Tax<br />
High level tanks (Not including support structure) : [AMOUNT AND CURRENCY] inclusive of Service Tax.<br />
For the first two years from the Effective Date, tanks will be offered to Consumers at 50% (fifty per centum) of the above Charges.<br />
