10.6 FISHERIES
The New Hampshire Fish and Game (NHF&G) actively manages four fisheries found in
Wolfeboro. These fisheries are listed in Table 24. Stocking reports for these fisheries are posted
on the NHF&G website: http://www.wildlife.state.nh.us/Fishing/fish_stock_current.htm.

Although not listed in Table 24, Lake Winnipesaukee is an excellent fishing resource for a wide
variety of fish species with many public access points. The NHF&G website also posts depth
charts for many lake and pond fisheries in New Hampshire. In addition to lake and pond fishing
resources, the many perennial streams in Wolfeboro offer fishing opportunities as well. Stocked
trout streams are also posted on the NHF&G website.
