DOLA has had little involvement in this matter. I understand that the proponent wishes to swap his
company's freehold title over Edel Location 94 for a portion out of Reserve 1686.
As such I would appreciate your comments on the proposal. I have asked CALM to provide a copy of
the plan shown which portion of Reserve 1686 is being considered for the exchange.

Background
On arrival in the house we have noticed that there is only one telephone line in the house.
With our school aged children there is a need for an extra phone line required for the
internet connection as, if the kids are using the existing phone line no one can ring in. I
have received costings for an extra phone line and the cost is $190.30 for installation and an
annual rental fee of $330.00 per year.
My Deed of Employment only covers the provision of one telephone and I am happy with
this.
