LSU Maytag User's Guide - Rev. A Manual Setup Mode Note You must use a Setup Card (see the previous section - Using a Setup Card) for initial configuration. Attempting to configure the LSU Maytag with a Manual Setup Card before the initial configuration will result in a SECURITY FAILURE error message. This indicates that the Security ID in the LSU Maytag does not match the Security ID on the Manual Setup Card. A Manual Setup Card is used to access Maytag service routines (Manual Setup Mode). Maytag service routines and setup procedures are listed in the Commercial Washer/Dryer Operating Instructions supplied with the laundry machine. The initial configuration performed with the Setup card is sufficient to put the laundry machine into use.
