We are also aware that there was a main break in äarly Septembei of 2011; in both cases, the City did not receive the reserved irrigation water cáp""ity of (+/-) 1,075,000 million gallons per day as stated above. The City has also met with some of your representatives and your Chief Operator to collectiväly resolve these issues. However, to our knowledge there has been no effective resolution at this time. We are doing our best to cooperate and work together with all parties involved to resolve these issues. However, if we cannot come to a resolution in a timely manner we may have to invoke our right to mandatory mediation, as a last resort. We respectfully request a meeting with FGUA representatives and all of the property ,"pr"r"àt"tives currently tied into this system within the next two weeks. I feel confìdent that by working together, we can come up with a more reliable system to serve and meet the needs of the parties involved.
