Aims<br />
• To provide an initial, simple and comprehensive assessment service for<br />
clients with a head injury<br />
• Support, information and advice to patients and carers<br />
• Information may relate directly to head injury however employment<br />
support benefit advice social and leisure information is also available<br />
Main Activities and <strong>Services</strong><br />
• To provide an initial, simple and comprehensive assessment service.<br />
• To assist clients to identify and secure community resources.<br />
• To ensure clients have a safe discharge from <strong>Glasgow</strong> Royal Infirmary<br />
and to ensure clients and carers are provided with the social work<br />
support that they require.<br />
• To make appropriate referrals to community groups and organisations<br />
