The students should be able to:<br />
1. Infer that objects in the environment may be natural or made by<br />
people.<br />
2. Identify items of litter around the school.<br />
3. Group the litter according to<br />
a. size<br />
b. colour<br />
c. material made of (glass, metal, paper, plastic).<br />
4. Explain the dangers of litter (e.g. attracting animals with diseases,<br />
broken glass causing injury).<br />
5. Describe conditions of air at different times (hot, humid, cold).<br />
6. Identify at least two air pollutants found in a particular area.<br />
7. Discuss how pollutants affect people’s activities.<br />
8. State the properties of water .<br />
9. Infer that rain is water.<br />
10. List places where water can be found.<br />
