PSYCHOMETRIC PROPERTIES<br />
• Validity: No evidence is available.<br />
• Diagnostic validity: Good sensitivity <strong>and</strong> specificity reported in one study<br />
when assessed against the Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview.<br />
Overall diagnostic accuracy (AUC) was average (.75) in this study.<br />
• Reliability: Poor full scale internal consistency <strong>and</strong> good split-half reliability<br />
reported in one study. Limited <strong>and</strong> unclear evidence to suggest full scale<br />
internal consistency at is at least poor or better in one other study.<br />
OVERALL COMMENT:<br />
Evidence relating to factor analysis, construct <strong>and</strong> criterion related validity together<br />
with further estimates of reliability is needed. Further research by independent<br />
research teams is required. Use is recommended with caution (see explanatory<br />
