Who has access to my information?<br />
The information you provide in <strong>SQS</strong> will be visible to Shell users; however, please visit<br />
www.shell.com/supplier/qualification for more information about a limited number of Shell business units that will not<br />
have access to <strong>SQS</strong>.<br />
What happens if I have registered at the wrong level?<br />
If you have not provided all of the information that is required from your company, there is an option to go back and<br />
complete this information. Your company profile will be visible to Shell buyers after your initial registration, once your<br />
information has been checked by Achilles.<br />
Can I complete <strong>SQS</strong> in languages other than English?<br />
No, <strong>SQS</strong> is only available in English. However, please note that Achilles’ call centre support is available in 24 languages:<br />
Cantonese, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean,<br />
Mandarin, Norwegian, Pakistani, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovakian, Spanish, Swedish, and Turkish.<br />
