3.1 <strong>Supplier</strong>s with Existing Contracts<br />

We have just signed a contract with Shell; how does this affect us?<br />

Shell recognises that you may have been recently asked to submit information about your company’s qualifications as<br />

part of a tender. Any current contracts you have with Shell will not be affected. However, you will still be required to<br />

register in the system if you wish to continue to do business with Shell following the current contract(s) term. The system<br />

will also make your information available to other business units within Shell with which you may not be doing business,<br />

as such, giving you the potential for additional business.<br />

We have an Enterprise Framework Agreement (EFA) in place with Shell; do we<br />

still have to register?<br />

Yes, suppliers who have EFAs in place with Shell are still required to register in <strong>SQS</strong>.<br />

We have a Master Services Agreement (MSA) in place with Shell; do we still<br />

need to register?<br />

Yes, suppliers who have MSA’s in place with Shell are still required to register in <strong>SQS</strong>.<br />
