cross-section are based on ENDF/B-VI Release 5, cross-sections as processed<br />

into dpa cross-sections with the NJOY-97 code [8.2], using the Robinson<br />

analytic representation [8.3] of the Lindhard model of energy partition<br />

between atoms and electrons [8.4] and NRT recommended conversion of<br />

damage energy to displacements [8.5] with an effective displacement threshold<br />

energy of E d = 40 eV and an atomic scattering correction factor of β = 0.8. The<br />

NRT displacement equation defines the number of displacements (N d ) corresponding<br />

to a given damage energy (T d ) through the following equation:<br />
