Interested in a subject but not sure it’s for you? Just have a go!<br />
Our have-a-go sessions are designed to give you a taste <strong>of</strong> a subject<br />
or skill area to help you decide if it’s for you. <strong>The</strong>y are available at all<br />
campuses and run from 10am to 3pm.<br />
All you need to do is have a look, choose what you’d like to have a<br />
go at and then register for a place at cwa.ac.uk/haveago<br />

Explore and create – experiment with graphics, photography, mixed media and painting to create<br />
original artwork.<br />
Learn to identify correct use <strong>of</strong> materials and tools,<br />
practice trowel skills and how to lay bricks to create a wall.<br />
You will need to wear suitable clothing and steel toe-capped boots*.<br />
You will be challenged to create a marketing campaign for a new product.<br />
Learn to use hand tools to cut and shape timber, including chisels,<br />
hammers, mallets and a combination square.<br />
You will need to wear suitable clothing and steel toe-capped boots*.<br />
Experience the hustle and bustle <strong>of</strong> a pr<strong>of</strong>essional kitchen and make sure<br />
your dish is good enough to get past the pass.<br />
You will need to provide your own suitable closed, non-slip footwear and clothing.<br />
Learn how to care for electronic babies; practice bathing them<br />
and take part in creative activities. You will also be given an introduction<br />
to caring for children and play activities.<br />
