Would you like to develop a trade skill
giving you a satisfying job where you have
the opportunity to travel abroad, working
on projects similar to the Shard or the
Burj Khalifa.
At CWA there are a varied range of
courses available that cover areas including
architectural design, carpentry and joinery,
brickwork, electrical, painting and
decorating, plastering, plumbing,
quantity surveying and tiling.
If you aspire to construction management
or civil engineering, then you should
have an interest in scientific and
mathematical principles, as well as
good communication skills.

mock Mediterranean
villa facade
A group of construction students from the
Isle campus upped tools to create a mock
Mediterranean villa for Delamore of
Wisbech St. Mary’s.
The project saw them construct a facade of a
Mediterranean villa providing a dramatic back
drop to some of Delamore’s trial plant displays.
Sarah Curtis of Delamore said “With help
from CWA, we have now created house
front scenes to enhance images and provide
the ever important ‘lifestyle’ atmosphere
for photographs”.
