growing sector with increasing demand for
well trained staff. More nursery and childcare
places are being made available to children
each year, so there’s never been a better
time to take up childhood studies.
If you like working with children and can
offer passion, enthusiasm and commitment,
a career in childcare will give you a sense of
satisfaction and real achievement.
Our courses offer a focused qualification
for learners wishing to enter employment
in the childcare sector. You will cover
topics such as child development, keeping
children safe, communication with children
and adults, positive environments for child
care, promoting children’s rights, children’s
activities and play, food and nutrition, and
human growth and development.
