The benchtop X-Seal <strong>Automated</strong> <strong>Adhesive</strong> <strong>Sealer</strong> offers reliable and robust heat-free sealing of SBS<br />
format microplates.<br />
Flexibility<br />
This automated sealer can be used with plates of differing heights, from 9 to 48mm, including PCR<br />
plates.<br />
Ideal for many applications requiring plate resealing or when plate damage is to be avoided,<br />
including PCR, QPCR and crystallography.<br />
User-selectable sealing pressure for optimal seal integrity<br />
The <strong>Automated</strong> <strong>Adhesive</strong> <strong>Sealer</strong> can be operated using the touch screen for bench-top use or fully<br />
integrated into an automated work-cell.<br />
Obtain reliable seal quality with a variable sealing pressure and accuracy of +/- 0.25mm.<br />
Adjustable sealing speed<br />
User is able to select sealing speed (from 3 plates/min).<br />
For increased throughput link the <strong>Automated</strong> <strong>Adhesive</strong> <strong>Sealer</strong> with the X-Seal Stacker System which<br />
is capable of holding 70 plates (lidded or non-lidded). Simply “plug and play”.<br />
Easily integrated<br />
RS232 port and ASCII programming parameters allow the X-seal <strong>Automated</strong><br />
<strong>Adhesive</strong> <strong>Sealer</strong> to be easily integrated into automated systems.<br />
Sensors monitor level of loaded seal roll and indicate when replacement is<br />
required.<br />
