Advanced Clobber Inspection<br />
Ms Suzy Scott crossed <strong>the</strong> quadrangle heading<br />
in <strong>the</strong> direction of <strong>the</strong> stables. She was dressed in an<br />
over-sized red and black striped blazer, a microscopic<br />
gymslip, blouse and tie. She had a straw boater<br />
perched on <strong>to</strong>p of her head.<br />
Nixdown and Penny Ann were waiting. <strong>The</strong>y<br />
were both dressed in full Elite regalia and flexed long<br />
super-canes between <strong>the</strong>ir hands.<br />
Suzy closed <strong>the</strong> stable doors behind her and<br />
approached <strong>the</strong>m. “You wanted <strong>to</strong> see me?” she said<br />
evenly.<br />
After she had finished with <strong>the</strong> business of<br />
beating Rosemary with <strong>the</strong> violin bow Suzy had<br />
returned <strong>to</strong> her quarters. She was planning on a quiet<br />
evening, contemplating a relaxing bubble bath with a<br />
glass of wine, followed <strong>by</strong> a movie. When she went <strong>to</strong><br />
<strong>the</strong> closet <strong>to</strong> change in<strong>to</strong> her bath-robe she noticed<br />
her clobber hanging up. For no particular reason she<br />
felt compelled <strong>to</strong> put it on.
