If the reasons for refusal are not valid:1. We will contact the agency to make sure the job is still available.2. We will write the employee and advise him/her that the reason for refusal is notacceptable.3. We will advise the employee he/she has 15 days in which to accept the offerwithout the penalty of compensation loss.4. We will advise the employee that no further arguments/evidence will beconsidered during the 15 day period.If the employee continues to decline the offer, we will issue the final decisionifinding that the employee is not entitled to further compensation benefits.(Compensation includes compensation for wage loss and schedule award ofcompensation.) This does not affect payment of related medical expenses, soentitlement t to medical benefits for the accepted condition will continue. In thissituation (i.e. the employee has refused an acceptable job) we are terminatingbenefits under the provision of 5 U.S.C. 8106, and we do not need to provide preterminationnotice. Our letters concerning suitability and our response to anyinterim i submission i of evidence satisfies the due process requirement
