Office Decision Affirmed• The Board found that appellant was subject to theforfeiture provisions of the Act because he failed toreport earnings to the Office as required. The evidencerevealed that appellant was self-employed employed in running avideo arcade business and performed activities in theoperation of the business which demonstrated that hewas physically able to perform remunerative work andwas no longer totally disabled. Although appellantcontended that the video arcade business did notproduce a net profit, this reason has not beenaccepted db by the Board as a reasonablejustification for the failure to report employmentor earnings to the Office as required.
