• Research and identify any water quality issues for the project, includingidentification <strong>of</strong> potential jurisdictional waters (JDs) and permit needs,• A jurisdictional delineation will not be completed, However, completedexisting jurisdictional delineations shall be identified,• Make reasonable effort to obtain documents available from previouslyapproved JDs and Section 404/401 permitting through developer actions,1.3.5. Drainage OverviewProduct: Technical Memorandum #3 – Conceptual Drainage ReportThe Consultant will prepare a Drainage Overview Report for the corridor feasibilitystudy area using existing available studies and data, from Flood Control District <strong>of</strong><strong>Maricopa</strong> <strong>County</strong> (FCDMC), Arizona State Land <strong>Department</strong> (ASLD), Town <strong>of</strong>Buckeye, MCDOT, Arizona <strong>Department</strong> <strong>of</strong> Water Resources (ADWR), CentralArizona Project (CAP) and developers, as well as limited field review, and existingmapping and hydrology/hydraulics. Data obtained and evaluations conducted under thistask will be used in both Phases <strong>of</strong> this study. The Consultant will:• Obtain and Review Existing Reports including:o FCDMC Area Drainage Master Studies (ADMS) and Area DrainageMaster <strong>Plan</strong>s (ADMP) that address drainage conditions along the corridor,
