Business and FinanceCOURSES OF INSTRUCTION 75This practice area concentrates on the legal rules governing the formation, organization,financing, and operation of most modern businesses. Corporations is both a basic courseand a prerequisite to many of the advanced courses in this field. Both it and SecuredTransactions are recommended for all law students. Securities Regulation and CorporateFinance are two other courses that are particularly key.
