Thefield includes law on the use of armed forces and intelligence operations abroad, counterterrorism,homeland security, management of crises, immigration, nonproliferation,treatment of detainees, Congressional oversight, and classified information. The twofoundational survey courses are Foreign Relations Law and National Security Law.
