Each sensing element has its own onchipamplifying and digitization circuit, so every sensor ismeasuring continuously. In this way the array offers thepossibility of a high frame rate without the increase in noisedue to multiplexing a large number of signals to a singleamplifier.TEMPERATURE104During the production process, calibration constants arestored in the on-board EEPROM.
