HUMIDITYChipCapThe Fully Calibrated Humidity andTemperature SolutionProduct OverviewThe ChipCap series humidity sensor by GE offers anew standard in the field of accurate relative humiditymeasurement. Based on a capacitive polymer sensingtechnology, this device offers signal conditioning andtemperature compensation for a single SoC (System-on-Chip) solution. The device is very simple to use, fully testedand calibrated for accuracy on delivery—no further calibrationis needed. ChipCap can be incorporated into an assemblyor finished sensor to meet customer specifications. Themeasurement is accurate to ±2% from 20% to 80% RH and±3% across the entire humidity range. Long term stabilityis excellent. The temperature accuracy is ±1°C from 0°C to+70°C.
