Aninnovative offset register allows for precise calibration of theremote sensor in the system with no hardware adjustments.Lastly, NXP provides temperature ICs which includenonvolatile memory for DDR3 memory module applications.These devices are JEDEC JC42.4 compliant and are usedas SPD (serial presence detect) function on DDR3 memorymodules.
