The relationships representing studentinterests explicitly as well as the implicit relationships emerging froma learning process will be utilized. The latter ones allow for a dynamicgroup formation for effective task solving, learning materials enrichmentby means of collaboration and social annotation and/or intelligentrecommendation of learning objects based on social relations andfolksonomies together with an effective navigation through an educationalcourse. The outcome of the project is an evaluation of proposedmethods in domain of learning programming based on emergingWeb 2.0 and Semantic Web technologies.
