It'saim is to take advantage of modern information technologies to motivatepeople to do more physical activity and to improve their lifestyle.This is done by tracking and evaluating users' activity, providingfeedback and personalized recommendations of activity and, aboveall, providing various means of motivation based also on principles ofgamification.
