Powerswith the Fear or Psychic keywords are harder to resistin the citadel while powers with the charm keywordare easier to resist.A character knows the following information aboutVaerothim with a successful Arcana check.DC 24: Vaerothim is a small demiplane that canbe accessed from Monadhan in the Shadowfell.
