RecyclingSafety InspectionIf there is any indication that safeoperation of the balance is no longerwarranted:§ Turn off the power and disconnectthe equipment from AC powerimmediately.> Lock the equipment in a secure placeto ensure that it cannot be used forthe time being.Notify your nearest Denver ServiceCenter. Repair work must be performedby trained service technicians.We recommend having the powersupply inspected by a certified electricianat regular intervals, according to thefollowing checklist:– Insulating resistance: > 7 megaohmsmeasured with a constant voltage ofat least 500 volts at a 500 K-ohm load– Leakage current: < 0.05 mA measuredwith a properly calibrated multimeterInformation and Instructions onDisposal and RepairsPackaging that is no longer requiredmust be disposed of at the local wastedisposal facility.
