WiL Program Applicant:I, the WiL Program applicant (name:_______________________________) of The Universityof Ballarat understand that if my application to take part in the Women in Leadership Program2007/2008 is successful, I will be required to: Participate in the core program consisting of eight full-day workshop sessions (dateslisted below) and complete learning activities and projects integral to these workshops. Travel to attend the core program workshops if required (Note: most, if not all,workshops will be held at Ballarat locations depending on participant locations. Stafffrom Western campuses will be supported with travel and accommodation in Ballarat). Participate in any of the three 2008 optional program workshops that I choose to attend(dates to be announced).
