Our business operationsspan 4 divisions, being Installation & Pipeline Facilities (IPF), Offshore Drilling, Marine Services andOperations & Maintenance.Our IPF Division operates thorough our subsidiary TL Offshore Sdn Bhd (TLO). The division has to dateinstalled over 2,400km of sub-sea pipelines and undertaken 251,000 tons of heavy lift of offshore structures. Ithas recently secured a contract worth approximately RM3bil from Sabah Shell for offshore installation works atthe deepwater Gumusut-Kakap field in Sabah. The technically demanding work will be performed by our JVcompany SapuraAcergy Sdn Bhd and will see the involvement of our state-of-the-art flagship vessel, theSapura 3000.Our recent partnership with Larsen & Toubro will see us taking delivery of the USD108 million constructionvessel in January 2010. The recently announced joint venture with the Quippo-MDL Group of India will alsosee the addition of a shallow water 2000 ton combination vessel also in January 2010. These investments willfurther expand the Group’s fleet of construction support vessels that the IPF Division can have ready access to.Our Drilling Division owns and operates 5 Self Erecting Tender Rigs (SETRs) with the latest being the T10delivered in August 2007. The entire fleet of SETRs have been working continuously over the last 24 monthsto meet the high demands of clients.The Marine Services Division offers and performs a multitude of services within the offshore oil exploration anddevelopment value chain. It ranges from early exploration soil investigation and survey works to developmentalhook up and commissioning, underwater and asset maintenance services. The Division is supported by 14marine vessels and 9 ROVs. 2 vessels are under construction with delivery expected shortly.Our Operations and Maintenance Division offers an array of services and solutions and is centered ondownstream activities. Cũng theo một hợp đồng liên doanh gần đây với tập đoàn Quippo-MDL (Ấn Độ) chúngtôi sẽ bàn giao cho đối tác con tàu hoạt động vùng nước nông tải trọng 2000 tấn vào tháng 1/2010. Các liêndoanh đầu tư này sẽ tăng cường năng lực của đội tàu hỗ trợ xây dựng cho bộ phận IPF tiếp cận và khai thác.Bộ phận khoan ngoài khơi của công ty sở hữu và vận hành 5 dàn khoan tự lắp (SETR) với loại lớn nhất là T10hoạt động từ tháng 8/2007.
