The Toolkit isrecommended for guiding the implementation <strong>of</strong> any clinical practice guideline in a health careorganization.The Toolkit provides step-by-step directions <strong>to</strong> individuals and groups involved in planning, coordinating,and facilitating the guideline implementation.
