The mostsignificant reason of the disaster is the high rate of rain, since the rainy season in Indonesiastarts in December until March. The rain intensity reached its peak in December-January-February, with the greatest intensity towards the end of the month. Eventually, water flowinginto Jakarta overflows some of the city's flood control systems and causes devastation inthese areas. Use of WRF model for process Quantitative Precipitation Forecasts have beenused, the results were verified by using ROC curves by comparing the results of the In Situmeasurements. Furthermore, the prediction model was built and flood warnings by using theresults from radar, satellite and rain gauge as a source of observational data-188-
