Section 3A: Engine Installation Step 12Place the two tie wraps into the fuselage as shown. .Make sure you will be able to access them once the .fuel tank has been placed into the fuselage, as these .will hold the tank in position. Step 14Connect the lines from the fuel tank to the engine. The .red tube goes to the needle valve, while the greentube goes to the muffler. Trim the length of the tube asnecessary to prevent them from getting entangled with .the engine or pushrod. Step 13Place the fuel tank into the fuselage. The stopper in thetank faces towards the bottom of the fuselage. Slide thestopper into the opening of the firewall. Secure the fueltank using the tie wraps placed in the fuselage in theprevious step.Hint: You can install a fuel filler valve betweenthe fuel tank and engine to make fueling easier.Hint: Trim the excess tie wrapsusing side cutters for a cleanerinstallation of the fuel tank.16
