F<strong>in</strong>al marksfor the compulsory core subject areas at Grades 6, Senior 1, and Senior 4 will be calculated bycomb<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g marks from standards tests with marks obta<strong>in</strong>ed from other classroom- and/orschool-based evaluation processes. Report cards will state the mark obta<strong>in</strong>ed <strong>in</strong> the prov<strong>in</strong>cialstandards tests and the mark obta<strong>in</strong>ed through classroom- and/or school-based evaluation, alongwith the comb<strong>in</strong>ed f<strong>in</strong>al grade.Prov<strong>in</strong>cial exam<strong>in</strong>ations are adm<strong>in</strong>istered at Senior 4 <strong>in</strong> Mathematics and Language Artsand count for a percentage of the student's f<strong>in</strong>al mark.
