<strong>CCWT</strong> Trainer ProfilesKath r ynSton es tr eetKathryn Stonestreet has 15 years experience within the communitysector as manager, supervisor and trainer in a large range ofgovernment and community organisations. In 1997 Kathryn movedinto marketing and event management with the Eurobodalla CoastConvention Bureau. This role has involved the production of regionalguides, industry newsletters, and management of print and mediacampaigns as well as the administration of large state conferencesand events. This year Kathryn managed a small town economicdevelopment marketing strategy that involved the production of atelevision commercial, print and radio advertising, street banners andthe production of point of sale promotional materialKrys Pee reb oo mKrys Peereboom is the Manager VET/Flexible Learning with <strong>CCWT</strong>and has worked in the learning and development arena in bothgovernment and community services for the past eleven years. Kryshas experience in developing and delivering both accredited trainingand assessment as well as non accredited training in the areas ofyouth work, communication, health and safety, suicide awareness,staff supervision skills, Certificate IV in Assessment and WorkplaceTraining and AOD. She has a keen interest in the area of childprotection and has been part of the ENACT project, and thedevelopment of the Identifying and Responding to Risk of Harmtraining and assessment materials. Krys has also worked in thecommunity supporting single parents and their children, includingworking with volunteers. Krys has completed a Diploma in e-Learningto further increase her skills in the area of flexible delivery.Lan e B l umeLane Blume has worked as a co-coordinator, manager andorganisational developer/trainer in the private, community andgovernment sectors. Her expertise covers areas as diverse asinterpersonal skills, training and presentation skills, complaintsmanagement, harassment and grievance policies and management,customer service, cross-cultural awareness, team building, conflictresolution and negotiation skills, service planning and evaluation andwriting skills.
