APPROACH TO PRECONSTRUCTION SERVICESThe preconstruction process is where you have the most influence over construction, operational costs and quality.Hedrick Brothers Construction has over 30 years <strong>of</strong> construction management experience to <strong>of</strong>fer the our clients. With thisexpertise and with its experienced pre-construction services, Hedrick Brothers Construction will establish the foundation on whichthe <strong>team</strong> and the <strong>project</strong> will build from.Identifying responsibilities during the Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Document phases <strong>of</strong> the drawingsis key to exceptional pre-construction services. Hedrick Brothers has developed a formal outline for these services. It provides aclear template to guide the process, and allows the <strong>project</strong> to proceed more smoothly and cost effectively. The elements <strong>of</strong> eachphase <strong>of</strong> the drawings are in a checklist form to allow the architect to track their progress as the plans evolve and allows us to issuea complete report on all aspects for contraction review and analysis.
