Systemprinzip, Steuerung durch digitalen Mikroprozessor<br />
und hervorragende Schweißeigenschaften. Der TIME-Prozess bietet<br />
wirtschaftliches Schweißen von dicken Stahlblechen. Da durch das<br />
längere Stick-Out (15–25 cm) der Draht stark aufgeheizt wird, können<br />
Drahtgeschwindigkeit oder Abschmelzleistung um 30 % gesteigert<br />
werden.<br />
The landmark TIME 5000 Digital means that all Fronius’ high-performance<br />
welding systems are now digitised. With all the advantages this brings:<br />
100 % reproducibility of all welding results, modular system principle,<br />
digital microprocessor control and superb welding properties. The TIME<br />
Process offers economical welding of thick steel sheets. As the wire is<br />
greatly heated up by the longer stick-out (15–25 cm), the wirespeed or<br />
the deposition rate can be increased by as much as 30 %.<br />
