These changes enablethe synchronization of data elements that comprise vendor information between<strong>Banner</strong> and the external e-procurement system.• FTMVEND• FOAIDEN• FOATELEThe following form was modified to add the Active Duty Separation Date field as theresult of a Human Resources enhancement for VETS-100.• FOAPERSE-Procurement Interface Preferences Control (FPAEPRC)This form has been reorganized with this release.By using this form you can specifically identify rules classes, tax group, buyer code,and approvals processing for all <strong>Banner</strong> documents created by the integration withan external e-procurement system.Elements for Message SynchronizationThe first block, Elements for Message Synchronization, displays values establishedon the <strong>Banner</strong> Message Aware Entity Rules form (GURMESG). Fields are includedin this block for requisition, purchase order, all six FOAPAL elements, commodity,vendor, and telephone. These fields are non-navigable and are display only.e-procurement Requisition PreferencesThe second block is now named e-procurement Requisition Preferences.
