Previously, Institution TIN came from theSystem Control Maintenance Form (FOASYSC) and Institution Name and addressinformation came from the Installation Control Form (GUAINST).1099 Magnetic File Build (FAM1099)Parameters 03, 04, and 09 have been removed from FAM1099 and the remainingparameters have been renumbered as shown in the following charts.
