4. ID and Accreditation Card4.1. Cards stolen, lost or damaged before arrival• Should an accreditation card be stolen, lost, or damaged before arrival in Italy, theholder shall inform the Responsible Organisation. In turn, The R.O. shall informthe COJMP Accreditation Centre in writing. The centre will invalidate the relevantcard: only after arriving in Italy will the accredited person be able to require a newissue by one of the authorised Centres.• Should the card be stolen, lost or damaged after arrival in Italy, the holder mayreport the event directly to the COJMP Accreditation Centre in writing, makingsure that the declaration is duly signed by the Responsible Organisation’s relevantofficial; only then will it be possible to issue a new accreditation card.5. Special Accreditation CardsIn addition to personal accreditation cards, special accreditation cards have been createdto integrate the standard card functions and extend some privileges on a temporarybasis, as well as to facilitate accreditation procedures in specific circumstances. In orderto meet the above-mentioned requirements, the following types of special accreditationcards for the Media Family have been identified.19
