Access ControlThe application of accreditation regulations and access control will ensure the smoothand safe circulation of all accreditation card holders at Mediterranean Games facilitiesand venues.7.1. Accreditation Cards Operating SystemA combination of codes and colours identifies the rights of access to the facilities.Control PointsThere are two stages of access control to the Mediterranean facilities:• Access to the perimeter• Internal circulationAccess to the perimeter of sports venues and non-sports venuesSports/non-sports venues to which access is allowed are shown on the accreditation cardin the "accessible venues" section.Circulation inside sports venuesThe “accessible zones” specified on the accreditation card define the areas of circulationinside the venues.For example, to be able to access the Main Press Centre, the card should bear number "4".Circulation inside competition fieldNo control is envisaged in these sites.Layout of sports venuesThe layout of different areas and zones inside a sports venue is shown in the diagrambelow.The codes indicated on the diagram correspond to the ones shown on the accreditationcard.26
