Investigating CraftsAssessment methodsAssessment on the course isintended to not only support andtest your learning, but to supportyou in a number of potential routes to future employment. Whilst onthe course you may experience thefollowing types of assessment:- A written assignment;- A collaborative project;- An oral presentation;- A written dissertation;- A curated exhibition relating tocontemporary or historical craftactivity;- Production of digital materialsrelating to contemporary orhistorical craft activity includingwebsites, DVD media etc.Entry requirementsAdmission is normally based on agood undergraduate degree in anappropriate discipline together withan interview. Applicants with a goodhonours degree in a related disciplineand/or with relevant work experiencewill also be considered. Overseasapplicants will be assessed on thebasis of their qualifications andstatement included in the applicationform.
