Otherwise, all pools and gases were considered.10.3.3 Information on whether or not indirect and natural GHG emissions and removalshave been factored outPortugal did not factor out indirect effects of climate change in expected emissions andremovals from forest management. This was mostly due to technical difficulties associated withthat calculation.
