1763. US MODEL M5-1 BAYONET AND SCABBARD This is the post-WWII bayonet designed for the M1 Garand with issue begun in<br />

1956. The blade is 6 1/2” long with spear point with Parkerized finish. The grips are black plastic and rate excellent. The guard is marked “J & D<br />

TOOL CO”. Also included is a M8A1 scabbard with composite body, metal throat and web upper with belt hanger. This M5 -1 has an improved<br />

release latching lever, otherwise identical to the M5. (3572-4)<br />

1764. LOT OF SOCKET BAYONETS This lot consists of two pre-Civil War socket bayonets. First is a Model 1816 with a 16 1/4” blade, 3” socket<br />

and 9” flute. This was the first standardized US bayonet and uses a “T” mortise. The blade is marked “U” over “US”. The meaning of the “U”<br />

is not known. This piece has an overall brown patina with some damage due to oxidation. The second is a Model of 1866 with a period shortened<br />

blade now 14” long with a 12 7/8” flute showing a shortening of approx. 2 1/8”. The beak style of the point has been retained. The blade<br />

is marked “US” and appears to have been polished and retains a brown patina. The socket is 3” long with a “Z” mortise and shows signs of oxidation.<br />

1765. BRITISH MARK I BRODIE HELMET This is an 1942 dated British helmet with OD paint and a few scratches and scrapes. The support<br />

liner used foam rubber “X” pad at the crown and leather support bands, the chin strap is elasticized canvas and all rate in excellent condition.<br />

The helmet is marked “G.S.W. A F/ MK I 1942” A nice example of a WW II British helmet in outstanding condition. (3580-1)<br />

1766. CZECH M 1924/30 EXPORT MODEL BAYONET 11 1/2” blade retaining 80% of original blue finish and tip is broken about 1/16”<br />

missing. The hardwood grips are retained by standard hardware with some dings from use and rate very good. The scabbard with “L” shaped<br />

frog stud is unmarked and was painted OD at some time with the paint now flaking off to reveal a bright finish. (3572-7)<br />

1767. US MODEL OF 1905 BAYONET The bayonet was designed to replace the rod bayonet introduced on the early M1903 Springfield rifles.<br />

The knife has a 16” blade that retains 90% of its original blue finish with wear on the last 2” of the blade, most likely from drawing and returning to<br />

a scabbard. The ricasso is marked “US” and numbered “873225”, the obverse has “SA” over Flaming Bomb over “1918”. The wood grips show<br />

some use but rate very good and the pommel has turned a brown patina. Included is a rubberized canvas scabbard of unknown origin. (3539-4)<br />

1768. LOT OF KNIVES Total of three: the first two are Eickhorn Military Type Gravity Knives Model LL80 measuring 8 1/2” overall with 3 1/4” spear<br />

blades and 3 1/2” rigging spikes. The handles are green checkered Delrin with the model number and company logos imprinted on the side.<br />

There is a blade release on the side of the bolster. Both knives are in excellent condition overall with one knife having minor chipping on the bolster<br />

and slight discoloration at the butt of the handle. The blades on both knives appear unsharpened. The knives are unassembled with assembly<br />

instructions included; the third is an “Eagle” brand gravity knife which measures 7 1/2” overall with a 3 1/4” stiletto blade. The one piece, plated<br />

metal handle features a wave pattern on both sides and has a blade release on the bolster. This knife is in excellent condition overall with the<br />

blade appearing to be unsharpened. (3294-3H)<br />

1769. PUMA “WHITE HUNTER” KNIFE Model 6377 measuring 10 5/8” overall with a 6” drop point blade and a 3 1/2” false edge. This full<br />

tang knife features genuine stag scales, brass lined lanyard hole and a German silver finger guard. The knife is in almost new condition overall and<br />

includes the original box and leather sheath. (3395-1Q3)<br />

1770. PUMA “HUNTER’S COMPANION” KNIFE Model 6394 measuring 8 3/4” overall with a 4 1/2” drop-point blade. This full tang knife<br />

features genuine stag scales, brass lined lanyard hole and a German silver finger guard. This knife is in excellent condition overall with the blade<br />

showing very little wear including a homemade sheath which rates very good to excellent. (3395-1K3)<br />

1771. PUMA “ORIGINAL PUMA-BOWIE” KNIFE Model 6396 measuring 11” overall with a 6 1/2” classic Bowie style blade. This full tang<br />

knife features genuine stag scales, brass lined lanyard hole and a German silver finger guard. The knife is in good to very good condition with oxidation<br />

and pitting over the exposed surface of the tang. The blade has an oxidation stain over the word “Original” but appears unsharpened. This<br />

lot includes the original box and leather sheath which rates very good to excellent. (3395-1T3)<br />

1772. PUMA “HUNTER’S FRIEND” KNIFE Model 6398 measuring 9 1/4” overall with a 4 3/4” drop-point blade. This full tang knife features<br />

genuine Stag scales, brass lined lanyard hole. Overall, the knife is in very good to excellent condition with a small amount of verdigris on the guard<br />

and a few rust spots on the blade’s edge. Included is the original box and a non-original leather sheath. (3395-1P3)<br />

1773. PUMA FIXED BLADE HUNTING KNIFE Model 6389 measuring 9 1/4” overall with a 4 3/4” drop-point blade. This full tang knife features<br />

genuine stag scales and a German silver guard. The knife is in very good condition with the blade showing minor signs of wear and honing.<br />

Included is the original leather sheath which rates excellent and an original box for a different model knife. (3395-1R3)<br />

1774. PUMA LOCK-BLADE FOLDING KNIFE Model 941 measuring 7 1/2”overall with a 3 1/2” spear- point blade. This knife features a<br />

German silver bolster, brass liner and genuine stag handles. Overall in excellent condition with a small amount of verdigris on the end rivet and on<br />

the shoulder of the bolster. The blade appears unsharpened and includes the original box. (3395-1P4)<br />

1775. J.A. HENCKLES FIXED BLADE HUNTING KNIFE Measuring 9 3/4” overall with a 5 1/2” clip-point style blade with a 2 1/2” false<br />

edge. This full tang knife features genuine stag scales and a German silver guard. There is a small amount of verdigris on the guard’s shoulder.<br />

Included is the original leather sheath which has a small amount of crackling on the front and a small amount of verdigris on the rivets. The knife<br />

rates in very good condition overall. (3395-1U3)<br />

1776. PUMA “WAAGEMESSER” FOLDING FISHING KNIFE Model 501 measuring 6” overall with a 3 1/2” serrated, clip point blade.<br />

This knife features a one piece, silver plated metal handle that is checkered on both sides and is weighted on the butt end. There is a leather lanyard<br />

attached to a bail in the tang to utilize the knife as a scale. The knife is in almost new condition and includes the original box. (3395-1W)<br />

1777. MAUSER FOLDING UTILITY KNIFE BY VICTORINOX This knife measures 5” overall and is equipped with a 3” spear point blade<br />

as well as a saw, bottle/can opener, wire stripper, punch blade and cork screw. The handles are olive drab Delrin with the Mauser logo on the<br />

side. The knife is in almost new condition overall and includes the original box and papers. (3395-1S3)<br />

1778. GERBER FISHERMAN MODEL BOLT ACTION LOCK BLADE KNIFE This knife measures 6” overall and is equipped with a<br />

4 1/2” clip blade. Featuring black checkered Delrin handles with a blade release button on the side as well as a lanyard hole at the end. The knife<br />

is in almost new condition overall and includes the original nylon case and box. (3395-1O4)<br />

1779. GERBER RESCUE MODEL BOLT ACTION LOCK KNIFE This knife measures 6” overall with a 4 1/2” serrated clip-point blade.<br />

The knife features orange checkered Delrin handles with a button on the side as well as a lanyard hole at the end. This lot is in almost new condition<br />

overall and includes the original box. Lot does not come with a case. (3395-1J3)<br />

1780. UNCLE HENRY BRAND FIXED BLADE KNIFE Serial #20058 measuring 8 1/2”overall with a 3 3/4” clip-point blade. This full tang<br />

knife features a brass guard and imitation stag scales that have a small chip on the underside of the right scale. The guard and blade exhibit a<br />

slight amount of tarnish with the knife in very good condition overall. Included is a leather sheath belonging to a different knife. (3395-1X3)
